• We verify the credentials of every seller in our platform so no aliases or fake ID’s.
• Every seller needs to either provide the title deed or a license of authorization for each property they list.
• We have a strict policy on no phantom listing for fishing. We monitor listings regularly to make sellers remove sold, changed and incomplete listings.
• Information on each property is also vetted by our team to make sure its genuine and complete.
• There is at least one photo for all spaces listed. (Bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, pantry, garage, etc.)
• Also, we require the view from the property is listed so you know what view you will wake up to every day.
